**Jacob
Jacob

It makes a difference. Okay. Yeah. Excellent. So we're going to give you some updates. We're also going to share a little bit about the theory and understanding it because I still get people asking me sometimes to 语法解析

try and clarify it i think people um it's a challenge to get the head around and we didn't go into that too much for anyone who doesn't know who jacob is or what the hell we're talking about please watch part one first that's really where we explain it from first principles it will be in this description i'll try and remember to put it in the pinned comment on youtube uh it's in the show notes uh 语法解析
01:45
and by the way guys I got so many comments and even emails last time saying where do I find out more about this please check out the description and the show notes it's literally you just press the see more thing on YouTube on your phone or on desktop and I promise all the information is always there for every episode including for this one unless I forgot it in which case you can tell me but 语法解析

that's pretty rare. So all so to find out more about it to go to the forum that we're going to be referring to a lot, just do that. Check out the description for that. So Jacob, yeah, that's what that's the itinerary for today. But just before we get into that, I just wanted to briefly touch on the issue of personal responsibility, as I mentioned to you before we started recording, because I've seen a couple of people, you know, like, you 语法解析

you know, whenever you come up with something new, you're bound to be critics. And I've seen some criticism and I think some of it is potentially valid and we're going to discuss that, right? Like maybe, you know, understanding exactly how things work, but a lot of it to me is like base. You know, I saw one comment, for instance, of, you know, someone saying that, Oh, he makes people do such high doses of these vitamins and minerals. And I'm like, 语法解析
02:54
Like he's an anonymous internet person. I mean, he's still anonymous. I mean, you shared your first name now, but right. No one knows who you are still. He's an anonymous internet person. Who's never met any of these people on purpose. How is he making anyone do anything? And so I just want to clarify this to people. This is someone who has spent several years, exhaustively Reese, actually more than several years, having more than a decade, right? Exhaustive, really researching, um, 语法解析
03:19
many many many many combinations of many many many many different doses of different nutrients until he has found what he believes to be the magic combo the holy grail which can make a massive difference and he obviously did it on himself first he shared it with his girlfriend he shared it with a family member he shared it with a couple of very close people and then when it you know had a massively beneficial effect on them he started sharing it with the world free of charge hasn't 语法解析
03:45
you know, charge anyone anything. No one's paid him any money, including me. Um, he's got a full time job that I think he works six days a week as a, some kind of software engineer or something like that. He's, you know, he's, he's not doing this to make money. He's already got his own job. Um, so he's just doing it because he wants to help people. And, 语法解析
04:06
And he's not making anyone do anything. And he freely acknowledges that this is a research phase. That's what everyone's doing in the forum. They're sharing their updates. This is not like a final… 语法解析
04:19
you know, this is what you have to do thing at all. Like what a doctor or someone may say to you, this is a researcher who I have great respect for Dr. Miriam, who's on the program, you know, uh, often she also talks about this, how, you know, she's a doctor. She's probably the most qualified person I know. She got a half a dozen certifications and accreditations and all the rest of it, but she respects the researchers. She respects the people who dig in and just, you know, spend years. Cause she says, you know, she's seen clients, you know, she's seen patients 40 to 50 hours a week, um, 语法解析
04:47
Like it's down to people like us to, who are maybe not that busy with patients to, to do, you know, to do that research and to find these latest breakthroughs. And so that's all he's doing. He's sharing the latest breakthrough, uh, 语法解析
05:01
with us. And that's what he's doing here. Like there's going to be an update. There's going to be some revisions of what the formula was when he first presented it. And that's okay. And so this is a research experiment that you would like to join in on because you're excited about the benefits that he's gone and that other people have gone. There was a lot of doing it. Fantastic. Join in, give it a try. Um, and on that subject, Jacob, I suppose that's maybe the first question I have for you to address. There's a lot of people saying, um, 语法解析
◉ 人们认为必须直接服用全剂量的配方,但实际上可以从小剂量开始,逐渐增加剂量。
05:27
that you have to do a full dose straight away. I said, look, I started on just a quarter of a dose and then I did half a dose and then I ended up doing a full dose. Is there any reason why a person can't do that if they want to do things that way, if they want to tiptoe in and be more cautious? So, 语法解析
05:48
If you've already been doing the formula for a while, I wouldn't say so. But there is one variable that sticks out to me with people who try this to start is that most people are starting because they're desperate, which means something is really wrong with them. And I do a high dose because most of that high dose is in the B vitamins. And if you're low on any one of those and you try to take a smaller dose with those added minerals, 语法解析
◉ 建议高剂量服用是因为大部分剂量是B族维生素,如果缺乏任何一种B族维生素,小剂量可能会加重病情。
06:16
you might aggravate that negative value of the B vitamin that you have in your body. Whereas if you start with a very high dose, you're kind of replenishing all vitamins to get started. So your body's kind of like, okay, now I have a surplus of everything. I can start doing this. And you would think the higher doses would be more dangerous, but I actually argue it's the lower doses that can… As long as you have the vitamins, the lower doses are probably… 语法解析
06:46
you have to be even more precise with the ratios with the higher doses the higher vitamins allow you to calibrate a little bit easier because you can take in more zinc and more molybdenum and more more egcg when you need to and you've got plenty of those b vitamins if you try to calibrate with the lower b vitamins 语法解析
07:03
You'll drain up what little B vitamins you took to begin with if you try to calibrate a little too harshly. So it's kind of allowing for error because this isn't a perfect formula to do it that way is kind of where I've come to the conclusion on because I've had way more success doing higher doses than I've ever had doing the lower doses. 语法解析
07:22
So that's kind of my opinion for that. Fair enough. And I haven't done anywhere near as you, but I would agree that the high doses were better. But I didn't feel there was any harm in doing the lower doses either. Yeah, no, I wouldn't say there's harm per se as long as you do the ratios right. But like let's say – I mean this is the example I'm kind of referring to is when a lot of people are like, you know what, I've taken biotin before. I don't think I need that much. I'm going to just take 10 milligrams with everything else. 语法解析
07:52
That will cause you severe pain if you do that too long because this formula seems to eat biotin like it's like hotcakes, you know? It just goes through it really fast. And so if you neglect that biotin, you're going to experience biotin deficiency symptoms like leg cramps, hair shedding, digestive systems. And when it gets bad enough, you could get kidney stones, which is what happened to me. So I'm very careful with what I recommend. 语法解析
08:17
And also, I only recommend this because I've taken about 10 times what I recommend in a day on a reoccurring basis when I was trialing and airing. So I'm pretty confident that the dosages I recommend aren't going to do any severe damage to, I would say, 99.9% of people. I'm not going to say 100, but it's at a place where I've thoroughly tested it myself at least for a year or two on very, very high doses before I ever posted this online. 语法解析
08:47
So that's what I would have to say about that. And you're not the only one. I've seen the several people on the forum who have been doing it, not nowhere near as long as you, but a few months, who are doing very high doses as well without any issue. The one element is molybdenum that people are very fairly cautious of. 语法解析
09:05
I was going to say, that's the one to me. I'm not worried about the dose of B6. There's a lot of people worried about the vitamin C. I'm like, you're kidding. Like, Linus Pauling used to be 20, 30, 40 grams of vitamin C, like no problem whatsoever. So a lot of things people are worried about, I'm not. But yeah, the molybdenum, I am a bit concerned with, especially if like a client were to use that much. Well, so I found that's actually part of the stuff we've observed. Vitamin C is another big one we should talk about. But yeah, 语法解析
09:31
I mean, I don't want to actually, before you address that, I'm sorry to interrupt, but I know I said you have to watch part one, but can I try and give a synopsis of what the hell we're talking about for people? And you correct me or whatever I'm wrong about. Okay. So my understanding of this formula is there's at least four goals of it. Number one, to replenish zinc. Number two, to, uh, detoxify copper. Uh, 语法解析
◉ 该配方的目标是补充锌,排毒铜和铁以及其他重金属,并补充其他缺乏的维生素。
09:52
Number three, to get out iron and potentially other heavy metals. And number four, to replenish any of the other vitamins that are low. Is that a fair summation of the goals of it? I would say so. Basically, I mean, the overall goal that this is accomplishing, like all of that together is accomplishing DNA repair, is the theory. And so that increased zinc retention is going to cause… 语法解析
◉ 配方的最终目标是促进DNA修复,而这可以通过补充锌、排毒铜和铁等方式实现。
10:19
I don't even know how it does it in the body, I'm not that deep into the science of it yet, but I do know that increased zinc retention is causing your aromatase, well, not aromatase, well, that too, but your telomerase production to increase, which causes the little telomeres on the end, these little strands on your DNA, 语法解析
10:38
to be healthier theoretically but there's a lot of research to say you know egcg and zinc the combo of the two increases that production they don't necessarily know why i think i'm not sure if they've figured that out that far yet but that the problem is is no one's ever been able to take enough egcg and zinc together to really experience any sort of benefit from that but i think this is this is the way to do it well the the 语法解析
11:03
The funny thing is, so I've talked a few times to Dr. Miriam about this and I actually talked to her about it on an episode. It'll be out by the time this comes out, but I don't think it's aired yet. And near the end of it, she was giving her, this was like her favorite anti-aging advanced longevity strategies. 语法解析
11:20
And I asked her right at the end of the episode, I said, what are your top three longevity strategies? And like her second one was EGCG. And I was like, where did that come from? Is that by any chance because of this formula that I introduced you to? And she said, yeah, actually. And so she, you know, one of the many things she's satisfied in is this wall system that basically, you know, says that most people are zinc deficient, just like, you know, and his was not based on just theorizing. He was based on evaluating, um, 语法解析
11:47
fat the test results of thousands of thousands of people and he saw that out of people with mental health issues over 90 of them were severely zinc deficient so she's always trying to help people top up their zinc and anyway she said that a lot of the time the problem is when people take zinc they become nauseous and so giving them the egcg as well um like prevented them from being nauseous and let them be able to handle more zinc which then helped to relieve their symptoms so 语法解析
12:15
um, I just said, that's, we talked to afterwards and said, that's great, but you need to, you know, have them lived in them as well. And the vitamin is like, you've got to give, you've got to get, if you're getting your patients to do high dose of EGCG and zinc, you've got to kind of get them to do everything else as well. Otherwise there will eventually be problems. So maybe we can persuade her of that in this episode, Jacob, um, if she ends up listening to it. And, um, 语法解析
12:37
And so, sorry, and what is the formula? So we've kind of talked about it. Zinc, EGCG, molybdenum, vitamin C, vitamin B5, B6, B7. So those are the seven components. So yes, please go for it. Yeah, so that's another I wanted to bring up on the zinc and EGCG is a lot of people will come at me and say, oh, I've taken zinc and EGCG before and it made me throw up. I'm like, I'm sure it did because that's, 语法解析
◉ 很多人服用锌和EGCG后会呕吐,这是因为这些营养素在体内参与了多种代谢过程。
13:00
a piece of all of the chains that are working in the body that use those nutrients. When, for example, I was just talking to, um, uh, I'm not going to name names, just say a higher name in the health industry on Twitter about, um, 语法解析
13:14
alpha lipoic acid and she was saying well this can act as a copper chelator and I said well sure but when you take alpha lipoic acid that's not necessarily an essential nutrient in the way that the elements are like zinc magnesium it's it's a little bit different in that way where it might do some good essential things for you but it itself you might not need the dosages that you're supplementing or whatever whatever reason it maybe it acts as sort of like a 语法解析
13:40
a literally a supplement to what actually you need and so by taking things like alpha lipoic acid and egcg you're sort of causing a extreme usage of actual elements that are essential so when you take alpha lipoic acid to deplete copper for example you can even look this up online this is true it says it you need a lot of biotin with that 语法解析
14:00
Why would that be? Because alpha lipoic acid is draining your biotin because it's depleting copper and using all of these nutrients. And biotin just happens to be one of the larger ones they found out because you, I suspect everyone's very low on biotin as it is, but I'm saying that these key layers and all these things use the, the nutrients in HG seven EGCG excluded to do what it needs to do in the body. So it doesn't matter really what the key later you use is. I use EGCG for, because it seems to be the most cost effective and, um, 语法解析
14:31
readily available over the counter. But I use that as the iron chelator and then the body is then now triggering itself to use these other nutrients to deplete the copper and balance the zinc associated with removing that iron with the EGCG. So anyway, I would say 语法解析
14:48
It's more than iron chelator though, right? I know you focus on the iron, but I did a urine toxic and nutritional metal analysis after doing a full size dose of your formula. And it was like collecting all the urine for eight hours afterwards and 语法解析
15:05
And there was not really much iron being excreted at all. But what there was was a large amount of lead, which is good because as people who regularly watch my channel know, I have high levels of lead in my blood. And in fact, my problem was my body was not excreting it. It was not coming out of my urine before. So my theory on that is that your protocol helped to… 语法解析
15:24
uh, you know, helped my body to excrete the leads more as well. And the EGCG has a part of that, right? I'm not surprised. Uh, EGCG is known to help bind to a lot of metals, but I also think the iron doesn't really leave through the urine. And that's why you get that kind of pain buildup when you don't use the EGCG because it's too large of a molecule, I think, to pass through the kidneys effectively, which is why it goes through the bile ducts, I think, and through the feces. 语法解析
15:49
That's what I would say. I'm not going to tell you to go test your V's. I'm not that deep into it. Some people do that, but I've never done that. I think that's reasonable. That makes sense. But the copper certainly does excrete through the urine, at least from my experience. I don't really have to test it to tell you that there's some crazy things that have come out of my urine when doing this formula. But I certainly probably should get tested because people keep asking me for it. 语法解析
16:19
Yeah, I know that various people have been suggesting it. I don't know if anyone's offered to pay for it. No, I know that finances are currently a bit of a struggle, right? I know you said that publicly. It's getting better, but I'm climbing. During this whole research phase, that's where every penny I ever could spend on myself went, was just buying mostly more biotin because I realized I would go through that so fast until I found the pure stuff on Amazon. I would buy bottles of the 10 milligram until my wallet was… 语法解析
16:48
drained because if I didn't get that the kidney stones would come back and it was a way worse situation than being broke than to be miserable so I would just spend every dollar I had on that and then you know I ended up losing my job after a while because I couldn't keep my sanity and then finally got something better after I figured this all out and now I'm climbing out of this hole and it's going really well but it's just taking time 语法解析
17:13
Well, yeah. I said, you know, I'd be happy to pay for it. But Jacob's position is he doesn't want anything from me until my health is transformed. So that's fair enough. Yeah, I want results before I ever think about you buying me a gift. So that's fair. And I'll keep testing myself in the meantime because I do that anyway. 语法解析
17:34
Okay, so can we, again, before we go into the updates, can we give people a review and maybe I'll ask you some questions based on what other people have asked me. Like, from your understanding now, which may have changed since when you originally posted, 语法解析
◉ 我想了解该配方的工作原理以及每个成分的重要性。
17:48
Uh, how does it work? And specifically why is each component essential? Cause as you say, people you talk to say, Oh, can I do it about this? Can I do it about this? This is hard to get. Like, can you explain to people what each part does to you? Maybe what the symptoms are of not including it and why it's essential. So we went over the seven nutrients. There's vitamin B6, biotin B5, biotin B7,
18:12
B5 being pantothenic acid and B6 specifically being pyridoxine hydrochloride I think is what he said. 语法解析
18:19
Not the P5P, and there's a reason for that. That's an active form. And any active form I don't recommend in this formula of any vitamin because it forces the vitamin to work when this kind of is supposed to balance itself out. Like, you don't want anything to work when it can't because that means it's going to deplete something else that it shouldn't or it's going to work in a way that you don't want it to. So… 语法解析
18:42
That's the reason I recommend the regular vitamin B6 or the B5e. But anyway, so there's the three B vitamins. There's vitamin C, which I just recommend as ascorbic acid. No fillers, no rutin, no copper chelators in there because, again, that'll force a process you don't want it to force. And then EGCG, molybdenum, and zinc. 语法解析
19:04
Now, the goal, as you said, is to replenish zinc levels. And my theory is that zinc cannot absorb… Like, it might circulate through the blood. You might get a little bit out of it, but most of it, you might excrete about 75% or more of it that you take because I believe it's being blocked. And the reason I think it's being blocked is because… 语法解析
◉ 我认为锌的吸收可能受到阻碍,而铜和铁的失衡是造成这种阻碍的原因,该配方旨在清除这些阻碍,从而促进锌的吸收。
19:26
Zinc is responsible for the balance and production and not solely but a huge player in the production of hormones in the body. And if zinc's not working properly, your hormones are going to suffer for that. And my hormones were suffering like crazy, but I was taking zinc every day. And everything that I was experiencing was described as like a low zinc balance or too much copper in the body. But like, how could this be if I was taking zinc all the time and nothing but zinc? 语法解析
19:57
So the theory came in where I thought, you know what, maybe something's blocking it at the receptor level versus the absorption level. And so I started getting into iron chelators after that, thinking zinc, iron, and copper were the three that absorb together, and so it must be also the three that are stored away in the same spots. That was my theory. And it still is. The difference in how this theory has evolved since our last meeting… 语法解析
20:23
is that I no longer think that copper and iron necessarily bind together, but I do believe that they suppress each other. And I do believe that you need to keep those in constant balance. I'm not sure what exactly that balance is like on an actual metric measurement scale. So when I say high iron, low copper, or high copper, low iron, I don't mean you physically have… 语法解析
20:47
an exact amount of copper that's greater than iron, I mean the balance of the two, the ratio of the two is off somehow. There's a ratio of copper and iron that the body seems to want, and whenever you get too low on one, the other seems to surface in an unhealthy way. 语法解析
21:02
Vice versa. And so this formula attempts to deplete both of them while surfacing more at the same time, and by doing that, you are getting rid of what's in the receptor level, which your body then allows you to take more zinc and to absorb. Unless those receptors are clear, the zinc won't absorb. It'll try to circulate through your blood. You may sweat it out, or it might make you nauseous and throw up if you take too much of it. 语法解析
21:26
When you take this formula, the zinc suddenly… An amount of zinc you could never have thought taken on its own. We're talking… I mean, I just… Last night, I took about 300 milligrams of zinc. That's well beyond the recommended dosage. And by all metrics, that would have made me throw up every time years ago. Most people it would. Yeah. And I don't recommend you do that on its own. In fact, I don't really recommend you do it with this formula either. That's a high dose, and I just don't want to push people that far. But… 语法解析
21:56
I was able to do that with these other nutrients pretty easily. You might experience a slight little bit of nausea if you do this on an empty stomach, but if you do it right, those nutrients are being used at the same time. 语法解析
22:11
constantly draining and filling and draining and filling your stomach acts like that fulfillment center and it's pulling more zinc, oh it's pulling more EGCG because it needs that now, oh pulling more molybdenum and we'll get into the mechanisms of each one in a second. But it's using all of these nutrients at the same time while also dropping your iron and copper levels and allowing zinc to go in. 语法解析
22:31
And that's a very tricky balance to do, but once you get it right, you begin to experience changes on a physical level that I can't describe. I mean, you're looking at me, you said I was a pretty handsome guy. That was not the case three years ago. Not even close. I was very unhealthy, very pale. I still have a little bit of dark circles under my eyes, but they were down here all the way, very dark. I didn't have any rosiness in my cheeks. My lips were pale. I was bleeding gums. I had hair loss that was so bad that, like, 语法解析
23:00
I could pull it out instantly. Now, I mean, I don't want to undo my bun because I haven't washed my hair in a couple days. I've been working like a dog, but it's a lion's mane. And so… 语法解析
23:11
I've been doing this for 10 years and this whole theory is reversed engineered from what works. So if I'm wrong, I'm wrong about the why. But the effect nonetheless remains that it's worked really well for me. And I just want to emphasize that point before you continue. Like for… 语法解析
23:31
For practitioners listening, especially nutritional practitioners who work with a lot of clients, you know how difficult it is to top up people's zinc. You know that there's a certain level that you can give them after which they get nauseous. And that level isn't that much. For a lot of people, it's just like 50 milligrams, let alone 300. And they're already like nauseous. So it is impressive that, you know, and again, you're not recommending it, but it is impressive that you and many other people are able to take hundreds, 语法解析
23:56
hundreds of milligrams, I believe sometimes even a thousand milligrams without experiencing nausea. So just that for, I know to the lay person, that's not, that's like, oh, I don't know what that means, but just for the practitioners out there, pay attention to that. Like how is that actually possible that a person can have that much zinc and experience no nausea? That is interesting. And it was interesting to me when I heard that. And even more impressive, not even the zinc has 语法解析
24:21
I had to balance that with EGCG and molybdenum, mind you, and that required, with that much zinc, we're talking over like 10 milligrams of molybdenum, and we're talking about… I go off of number of capsules because I do this so fast. I don't actually think about milligrams often, but at least, what, 12 to 15 caps of 300 milligram EGCG in a day? And I've been doing this for years. Why am I not dead? Ha ha ha ha ha! 语法解析
24:55
Why is my liver not giving out on me? Why do I feel better and better? So anyway, we kind of died. We kind of drove. Yeah, I know we went on a tangent there, but I think that is where people want to see your blood test results. Just just to see if your liver has got elevated enzymes or anything. And so, again, you know, let's test that. And if it hasn't, again, how is that even possible? That's a really good question. Right. Right. And so back to the theory, the B vitamins work well. 语法解析
25:21
to sort of, in my experience, they work sort of to pull these metals from the tissues to what I'm theorizing to the liver to act as sort of like, the liver acts like a cue. It's cueing up these metals that you're pulling from these tissues. And so by doing this, a couple people have experienced increased liver enzymes, I think. I'm not exactly sure. 语法解析
25:42
but that would indicate like a hardworking liver, which some doctors might say, oh, that might be pre-late liver failure. No, well, it's true. Your liver is working really hard in this process, but you should be taking the right nutrients to keep that in balance. The EGCG, for example, helps keep the liver healthy as long as you keep it in balance with everything else because the antioxidants are supposed to do that for that very, like milk thistle does a little bit of the same thing. But EGCG is just so potent. So you can only take so much most of the time. 语法解析
26:11
but when you're taking these vitamins they're queuing up what i think is mostly copper and iron but as your your analysis has showed it's some other metals i imagine too but mostly copper mostly iron in the liver and then by taking by the b vitamins and the vitamin c working together to do that then 语法解析
26:28
the EGCG is needed to bind to the iron. When the EGCG binds to that iron, which is a known thing that it does, I'm not theorizing that, it binds to the iron and passes it through the bile ducts into the feces. That then allows the Q to push copper through because that doesn't, EGCG doesn't chelate out copper the way it does with iron in my experience. I always experience higher copper toxicity symptoms after taking EGCG. 语法解析
26:56
So what that does, I think, is force that now free copper that was once in the queue to be circulated through to the kidneys to pass through and flush out using molybdenum. 语法解析
27:06
So, you're surfacing these metals from the tissues. Could be the brain, could be the heart, could be your legs, could be anywhere that it's not supposed to be. I'm even theorizing there's pockets of it in my eyes just because the pigments in my eyes keep changing. And I mean, copper is a melanin producer. So, that's a whole other thing I'm not going to get into. But that's just one interesting thing. It could be anywhere. So, it's… 语法解析
27:30
pulling it from where it shouldn't be going to the liver and the liver is like okay now i need to chelate this iron because normally it wants to recycle any iron that it can this is part of the theory is that we evolved to recycle a 语法解析
27:42
as much iron as possible because it's used for blood maintenance and we used to be much more primal, much more active out there. We used to rough our bodies up more, especially as men, causing us to bleed more. And so if the only way in the past to get digestible and absorbable iron was through animal meats, I would imagine you'd have to do some sort of extraneous exercise to get that animal meat. 语法解析
28:05
Which would, I would think, would cause the body to evolve to want to retain as much iron as possible so that when you do lose it, it has plenty of stores left over. Well, we've gotten to a point in society where we don't bleed as much anymore. Women still have menstruation, but we don't have, men especially, don't have like a clear avenue unless they're in some sort of physically demanding profession. Like log cutting, for example, is a great example. Which, have you ever noticed how log cutters look really healthy? Yeah. 语法解析
28:33
it's because they're out there, they're bleeding, they're getting, you know, getting roughed up. And I imagine that's a lot of that iron loss is actually therapeutic. So. Yeah. And a lot of people make the point, you know, bloodletting, uh, used to be one of the top five medical interventions up until 150 years ago. Right. Yeah. Leeches, all that kind of stuff. And yeah, 语法解析
28:54
People think that these people are just purely ignorant, but I doubt they could carry on making a living if it had no benefit ever. Obviously, some people are benefiting from it. What does the body do with all this extra iron that we've not only been not able to excrete, but… 语法解析
29:09
even fortifying our foods, especially in America with like our cereals and all this with like, Oh, extra iron, extra, this extra iron, this like fortified with iron, our, our prenatal formulas are everything like eat. We just, we're setting ourselves up to fail because we are focusing on the wrong things and not asking why, in my opinion. Yeah. 语法解析
29:29
And I'm sorry to go on another tangent, but you just reminded me of it. Do you think there's any difference between heme iron and non-heme iron? Because all the fortification and all the rest, and even iron from piping and all the rest, it's all going to be non-heme iron, right? I think the body has a pretty good defense mechanism of taking in new… 语法解析
29:47
that's not hemi-iron. Like, I feel like the reason why red meat iron absorbs so much better is because it's already kind of in, like, that digestible form close enough to the human body that it recognizes it, whereas plant-based iron, it's… I think the body might have a better defense mechanism of taking too much of that in. I'm not sure. So I think, honestly, it'll… 语法解析
30:06
Well, what I was wondering, is it possible that it's the non-heme iron that the body doesn't know what to do with and then stores? Maybe. Maybe. I don't know if the body is able to reject it in the stomach and just go straight to the feces or if it just absorbs and puts their… I think that is the usual theory, yeah, which is why when people have iron deficiency, often it's hard for them to build their iron back up. Yeah. 语法解析
30:28
with non-heme iron. I would give you my full theory on why I think we have too much of it in our blood, but that would require me to go conspiratorial on you, so I'll save that. Maybe we'll do a speculation in another episode. Yeah, for sure. But I do know that I've experienced pretty much my whole life copper toxicity symptoms that I couldn't fix with just zinc. And zinc, I was told my entire life was the antagonist of copper, which I do believe it is. 语法解析
30:57
But there's something in the way there. And I think iron was what's in the way. And then I realized that taking zinc alone doesn't actually deplete copper. It just displaces it. So zinc is part of this formula that I didn't describe. Everything else, you know, you're surfacing the metals. You're bringing them to the liver to get cued up. And that's where you kind of get that side pain is that I believe that that's your body telling you the cue's too high. And you'll usually have a headache with that too. 语法解析
31:22
And so you take EGCG, suddenly the Q moves forward, but then you get another side pain. And I think that's the copper buildup in the kidney at that point or something like that, because taking molybdenum usually relieves that for me. For some people, it's more EGCG. So again, we'll get into that in a minute, but… 语法解析
31:37
The theory goes that you're getting rid of these metals and replenishing zinc, so after all of that, you surface the metals, you get rid of them, you now have room to take in zinc, and you need that zinc, because zinc is also, I believe, going to displace any remaining copper that's sitting in the liver. It's going to displace that and continue it forward, because zinc does act like a repellent, I believe, to copper. They're kind of bouncing against each other like a positive and negative end of a magnet, or two positive ends of a magnet or something. 语法解析
32:04
So I believe that zinc is kind of keeping that process through and it gets eaten a little bit in this process as well, which is why when people neglect their zinc, they get a little bit of that pain, especially in the deep center gut. And I suspect that's because of all that copper buildup in the liver. Taking zinc seems to alleviate it. So that's why that's where that theory comes in. Again, reverse engineered from something that's working for most people, not necessarily something I can prove to you with fact by any means. 语法解析
32:31
What just go back you said you had all the symptoms of copper toxicity Can you tell us what they were so other people might say oh, that's me too, or that's not me So I'm the first episode I explained a little bit of my past about how I discovered this formula I was getting things like hair loss my emotional state was so it was probably as controllable as a six-year-old child like I I just could not manage any emotion whatsoever It was bad 语法解析
◉ 我过去经历了脱发、情绪失控、消化不良和失眠等铜中毒症状。
32:55
Anything that set me off even in the slightest, I would just lose it. And that wasn't healthy for anybody. I've lost loves from this. I've lost friends, pretty much every friend I ever had just because I couldn't manage my emotions. And not just the emotional status, but I was losing my ability to grasp reality. So we're talking almost full bipolar disorder is just one giant symptom, I would think of it, because it's not been an issue ever since I've started on this. 语法解析
33:26
But also things like digestion. I couldn't handle a burger. It just wouldn't digest. I'd feel real sick from it. I wouldn't get hungry at all, to be honest. And I couldn't sleep. 语法解析

Uh, and my understanding is adrenaline, especially in the brain, it converts, uh, sorry, copper, especially in the brain, it converts dopamine to adrenaline and like classic high adrenaline symptoms are not being hungry, especially in the morning. Um, 语法解析

being like up and down, like an emotional, but also blood sugar rollercoaster, um, cold hands and feet, lack of circulation to the extremities. Did you have that? Yup. I had all of that and I couldn't sleep. And I, my, the worst, the worst part, I mean, this is, this is like diva mentality, but the worst part was that no one was attracted to me. Like no one, I, 语法解析

I had a very soft face. I had a very round face. I mean, it's still a little bit round, but this is so much leaner than what it used to be. I used to have no facial hair other than a little patch right here. This is all growing, getting sideburns slowly, but surely it's not done yet. I know that the light's kind of playing around with it, but I don't have a single gray hair that I can see anyway. This is all just shiny brown. 语法解析
36:46
i mean but but like i my hair was really really thin back then um 语法解析
36:52
And, wow, man. I mean, to be honest, like, you know, men a lot uglier than probably even you were back then get laid. But what I'm hearing is a lack of confidence, right? So that comes with the higher estrogen is the lack of confidence. That's what I was going to say. Yeah, I think that's probably the stronger thing. Too much estrogen, not enough testosterone giving you like the doesn't matter what I look like kind of confidence that is necessary. Yeah. That higher estrogen does produce a sort of baby face like quality in men. 语法解析
37:21
True. Yeah, it does. 语法解析
37:42
But in real time, I could see them losing attraction to me. And that was just heartbreaking because there was nothing I could do about it. And I was just like, I'm trying to work out. I'm trying to do all this stuff. And I just, I could see it, you know, in my ex's eyes that she just didn't see a man in front of her. She saw a child. And that's, that's kind of, 语法解析
37:58
One of the symptoms I think of copper toxics is you just appear very childlike because as I've done this process for the last two years, my whole body has evolved. I don't have the gynecomastia or whatever it's called, the man boobs. I don't have those anymore nearly as much. I mean, I have a little extra chest area. 语法解析
38:16
uh meat but it's not by any means like unhealthy looking for a man my body composition like i'm not going to take my shirt off in front of here but i i i would guess probably i'm no more than 15 body fat which is pretty pretty good for someone who eats the way i do and doesn't really exercise um i weigh like i don't know 205 pounds at six one and a half maybe a 语法解析
38:41
Like by all means, I should be very, very physically unwell right now with how I live my life. And I kind of do this to, like I said, prove a point. But it's working. So anyway, I'm rambling on. So it's. No, no, that's good. But yeah, that was great. So I asked you the question, copper science. That's good. But yeah, let's get back to the formula. So we talked about zinc. You talked about B6. I think those are the main two you've covered. So yeah. 语法解析
39:11
Let's go to, was it B5 and B7 next? I think B6, B5, and B7 are all kind of working together to do that nutrient pull. But I think biotin specifically also does a little bit more in the body. I mean, I feel like B6 is what's doing the pulling, and the biotin and the B5 are supporting that process by kind of eliminating waste in a way. Because B5 is very important for adrenal function, and I believe… 语法解析
39:39
for just general kidney health and as well as biotin is kind of a mystery on what people know about it. So it's hard for me to say more. Biotin is great. I mean, I've looked into it quite a lot. What B5 and B7 have in common is they're both very important for mitochondrial energy production. So perhaps they are… 语法解析
39:58
keeping up with the helping the body keep up with the demand for extra energy extra ATP the detoxification process requires that was where I was leaning to because the copper is a stimulant of the adrenal system and so I suspect by constantly surfacing tons and tons of copper you're stimulating your adrenal system like crazy 语法解析
40:15
And if you don't want to go into an adrenal shutdown, you're going to need those three B vitamins. I mean, you might need more of the B vitamins. I'm not sure. But based on the test that you gave where all your B vitamins were higher, I would suspect that you're getting better usage of them from your food. 语法解析
40:29
That would be my guess. But I cannot tell you for sure. I just know that in this process that I've gone through in the last five, six years, I've never really had a major deficiency symptom of any other one of the B vitamins except for these three. So I never really thought to keep them involved in the process because the less I can take it once, the happier I am. 语法解析
40:47
Yeah, fair enough. I knew you were just trying to narrow it down to the perfect formula. The other thing that B7 biotin is famous for is the hair thing, as you said. You know, it's often sold as a hair, skin and nail supplement, and there's definitely some research and evidence for it. 语法解析
41:02
So, yeah, energy and hair are the most obvious things of biotin, which you talk about as well. But even like hypersomnia, you've mentioned that is a known symptom of biotin. Yeah, if you're sleeping way into the morning and you can't wake up, like that's a typical low biotin symptom from what we've found on the forum too. Yeah. 语法解析
41:23
Yeah. Yeah. Anyways, we have to list them all. But yeah, I think a lot of what you said is validated by scientific research when it comes to those. OK, so and vitamin C as well as another vitamin that's essential for the adrenal system specifically. I mean, it does a bunch of different stuff. Collagen. It's also related to hair and skin and nails, funnily enough, for the collagen angle. So a copper chelator, too. It's not a very strong one, but it will bind and push copper throughout the system. 语法解析
41:49
Okay, so that's the kind of mainstream idea of it, but why is it essential from your point of view for this formula? Or what happens if someone omits it, decides they don't want to take it? Well, so I think you do need that copper chelator, and I think C is the best one to use because I want EGCG to be driving this process in terms of how much you can chelate out at once. If you have two things competing against each other, like if you have a strong copper chelator and you try to take that with EGCG, you might… 语法解析
42:16
You might throw your copper or iron way out of balance. You can't really take too much EGCG without your body rejecting it and throwing up, which I've found. If you try to take too much EGCG and you haven't balanced it out, you'll get very nauseous and you'll throw up. Copper chelators, I'm not so sure that's the same case because when you get rid of copper before iron, then you start getting like iron toxicity symptoms that are really… 语法解析
42:40
They could kill you if you get too far. I mean, people get white hair from doing copper chelators, and I suspect that's because their iron-copper balance is so out of whack that they can't produce melanin anymore because you need free copper to do that, I think, to produce melanin. You need copper that's not suppressed away by iron, that's able to actually stimulate the adrenal system and produce all these other things in the body. 语法解析
43:05
so just clarify when you say free copy you mean bioavailable yeah right bioavailable copper yes because in tests free copper is actually the bad copper that's damaging right i say free copper in the in the way that like because when i i use free copper because there's i used to try and deplete copper a lot and i realized i couldn't do that until i took the egcg which led me to believe 语法解析
43:27
the whole blocking theory and so when i say free copper i mean copper that's not blocked by the iron in the queue for you to be able to actually excrete all this but bioavailable is the better word yeah 语法解析
43:39
Okay, great. Excellent. So vitamin C is your copper chelator. Yeah. And it's also obviously used for a number of other things in the body. So I can't imagine. I mean, it's an essential nutrient, so you do need it. And if you don't get enough of it, you'll start feeling very acidic in the body. Like your blood will feel acidic. Your hair will dry out. Like you'll feel very almost like your body needs lubricant. 语法解析
44:05
And this is why when you're too high of iron, they almost produce similar effects of being low C and high iron. Because C basically aggravates or surfaces iron in the blood in some way. And so when you're already high iron, C will reject. You try to take C, your body will… We've experienced this in the forum many times. If you don't need C and you try to take it, you'll gag. 语法解析
44:31
And the reason why we think that is, or at least I think that is, is because your iron is already too high and doesn't want to be aggravated any more than it is until you get rid of some. And so vitamin C acts as like that copper chelator, but also an iron surfacer. And so it's an essential nutrient, but it won't work until you get rid of enough iron for it to do its job. 语法解析
44:54
And of course it famously also helps the absorption of iron, right? In the digestive tract. So I don't even know if it's the absorption of it or if it's just the fact that it gets rid of copper that makes iron more apparent. True. I guess. Yeah. I mean, they observe the effects, but you're right. I suppose the mechanism, this isn't just a quick tangent I will make for 30 seconds is that so much of what's considered established fact in the mainstream medicine, even alternative like health world, to be honest is, 语法解析
45:23
is just, a lot of it is just theorizing. Like there's so many things talked about as if they're fact. Like Jack Cruz, who hopefully we'll have on here at some point, who did an interview with Andrew Huberman on some other podcast, like he asked him how much of his, how much of established scientific fact he thought was not accurate. And Andrew Huberman said, well, his mentor said it was something like 50%. 语法解析
45:50
And Cruz is like, no, it's 99.9%. And even the fact that the so-called ones in neurosurgery, in fact, they're both ones in neuroscientists, both famous, well-known in their fields, they're arguing about if 50% of established medical science is wrong or 99% of established… 语法解析
46:08
The point is there's so many things that we take for granted. So yeah, what you just said is an example of it. Yes, I mean, the conventional idea is that vitamin C increases iron absorption. I'm sure that's because when they fed people with iron with vitamin C and when they fed people iron without vitamin C, they noticed that the iron in their blood was higher with the vitamin C. But as you just said, they're not sure about the mechanism for that. Maybe it's what you just said. Maybe it's because it chelates the copper. And I'm not speaking with any more certainty than they have for sure. I mean, I have no degree… 语法解析
46:36
I'm just a guy who's taken a ton of supplements. And yes, I used to manage a supplement store and take all these different supplements and research all this for years and years. 语法解析
46:45
But I don't have the funding that these big guys have. I mean, I don't have a large team of people. I don't have lab rats to test on. So, I mean, but you also, but you also don't have the vested interests to, you know, guide your research into a certain direction or away from. So, you know, that's, that's the positive side. My interest is to just feel as good as I can possibly feel. And help others do the same. Because honestly, I care about people and, 语法解析
47:14
I mean, that's just why I do it. I hate to see unnecessary suffering in the world. And if I can do my part to prevent that, then I'm going to do it. And sometimes it's hard when you got the critics screaming at you that you're making them do things. And to them, I say, you don't have to. Yeah. Don't do it. Yeah. 语法解析
47:33
if you're at all skeptical or whatever then yeah you don't have to wait until more people have done it like you don't have to be an early adopter but anyway all right so back to this formula um molybdenum to me is the only one that i'm really concerned about and worried i might overdo with people and i think i i'm starting to wonder if geographical location has a lot to do with that i'm wondering if different areas of the 语法解析
◉ 钼的最佳剂量可能因地理位置而异,因为不同地区的食物中铜的含量可能不同。
47:57
world are just much more fortified in copper and their farming mechanisms or their food supply than others like America. I eat a pretty poor diet. We're all kind of wondering if that's kind of why I'm able to take so much molybdenum is because maybe I'm getting a lot more copper in my diet than I should be, um, is one theory. But, um, 语法解析
48:15
The mechanisms of how to calibrate don't really change much. It's just you gotta be very mindful of things like the taste test, for example. If you don't need something, it will make you gag or it should make you gag. If you do need something, it should go down relatively easy, although there are exceptions with some people, but… 语法解析
48:35
For things that you are able to directly put on the tongue, like vitamin C, there is no question in my mind that if you don't need it, your body will not let you swallow it easily. It'll be a little bit more challenging. Whereas if you really need it, I haven't run into anybody that's really, really needed something and their body just wouldn't let them swallow it. So those tastes have served more value than harm in my mind, and I think people should be aware of that. Listening to your body, as we discussed in the last podcast, 语法解析
49:02
podcast is very important. I'm not, you're not doing this because I'm telling you to do it. You're doing it because it makes you either feel better or it, you know, it, it seemed like the right, I mean, this is your decision to make, but if it makes you feel better, that's my code that is working. 语法解析
49:20
So why are we including molybdenum? Let me just like my understanding of molybdenum. A lot of the reason why people use it in alternative health world is because they have sulfur intolerance. And so it helps the body convert sulfites to sulfates, which like helps to resolve that. 语法解析
◉ 我想了解钼在该配方中的作用以及为什么需要它。
49:36
That's not why you're doing it. So why are you including molybdenum? Molybdenum is a large portion of the responsible party to produce uric acid in the body. And I believe it's uric acid that actually binds to that bioavailable copper and passes it through the urine without the uric acid. So go ahead. 语法解析
◉ 钼有助于身体产生尿酸,而尿酸可以与游离铜结合并通过尿液排出体外。
49:56
That time you did mean the free copper. So the free is the bad one you want to get out and the bioavailable is the good one you want to keep. 语法解析
50:20
And that's where I had gotten to, I think, where I had kind of blown up in my emotions was that I had all this free copper just circulating through my body, just stimulating every area so much that it was causing things like paranoia, anxiety, just general fear, anger, any heightened excitement. 语法解析
50:39
extreme stressful emotion you can think of was just fueling me. Not to mention all the added estrogen softening my body, making me just absolutely a wreck. I mean, like, I was in an unhealthy state and all this free copper and all I needed was that molybdenum to just pass it through because I was taking plenty of zinc and it was actually the zinc, I think, that was keeping that copper in a state of constant stimulation. 语法解析
51:04
I think if I had neglected my zinc, that copper would have probably calmed itself and gone back into my tissues or something. But because I was taking zinc, I was keeping it in a constant circulation mode, which is why I say zinc doesn't necessarily deplete copper on its own. It only displaces it and pushes it out to where it needs to be depleted using molybdenum. So that's huge. Interesting. 语法解析
51:27
So let me share what I've been doing in that regard. And again, Jacob doesn't necessarily endorse this. I don't necessarily endorse it. I'll just tell you what I'm doing. So because that's your theory, which I take on face value as I'm trying your formula, I just got myself a little uric acid checker. It's a little machine. I think it's about $20 and it looks just like the blood glucose testers. In fact, it lets you test your blood glucose in one hole and then your uric acid in the other. And I just test my uric acid and I 语法解析
51:53
I base the molybdenum dosage I take on a day on my uric acid levels as opposed to anything else. And I have found that to be 语法解析
52:02
very reliable and very helpful, more than using the symptom checker, to be honest, more than using taste. And because I like facts and figures, it just satisfies me as well. And I will say, though, sorry, even though I disagree with you about how to check, I agree with you about your basic conclusion, because when my uric acid is very low, I get those copper toxicity symptoms that you're talking about. Anxiety has definitely been one. 语法解析
52:28
and when my uric acid is very high. So I talked to you about that and I, I wasn't getting the extreme, I wasn't getting very extreme high iron symptoms like you talked about. Um, 语法解析
52:44
Yeah, no, no, that's what it was. I was getting… All right, so when the uric acid is low, I was getting anxiety. Increase the molybdenum, it would clear. But when the uric acid was high, I was getting like allergy kind of symptoms, which I haven't had for a while, quite mild. And then you said to me, oh, you actually need to take more EGCG. And what's happening is that… 语法解析
53:03
um the copper is high and it's not able to excrete because it's bound to something else and the egcg needs to free it up now again that was your theory i didn't you know i took it in face value but also didn't necessarily believe or disbelieve it i just tried it so then i took a bunch of egcg and sure enough next you know a few hours later next day whatever the uric acid levels went down so when i want my uric acid levels to go up 语法解析
53:29
I take molybdenum. And when I want my uric acid levels to go down, I take EGCG. And I found that to be like… 语法解析
53:35
I wouldn't say quite like clockwork, but like very reliably that, you know, consistently does work and it does correlate with the symptoms. And I think the theory on that is that, like I said, the B vitamins and, you know, all these other things, they're queuing up these metals into the liver. And so by doing that, you're queuing up your copper, but that copper doesn't want to excrete yet until there's enough iron loss to where it's like, okay, now I'm heavily overweighing the iron. Now you can excrete me. 语法解析
54:05
But until we get rid of that iron, it's going to be like, well, you have all this iron, so I don't think I should be excreting right now to balance out. That's what I'm thinking is going on is like your body's that smart to where it's like you have all this extra iron. I don't really want to get rid of this copper yet. But then you take the EGCG and then suddenly, you know, that iron can't recycle. Now the body's like, okay, now you have a higher balance of copper. Now I'm ready to excrete this copper and send it out of the kidneys. Yeah. 语法解析
54:32
I think that's what's going on based on how I've been feeling because it's just amazing how that balance, that shift in balance can cause such rapid symptoms when it gets just even the slightest bit out of balance. You take a little too much EGCG, you start getting those copper weird symptoms. You take a little too much molybdenum, you start getting… It's a constant game of Tetris is what it is. 语法解析
54:56
Yeah. Okay. So that's my way of addressing that. So in the case of molybdenum, I found like, along with your standard dose, I like to do one and a half to two milligrams as opposed to two and a half to three milligrams. That seems to be what the test is actually showing. It's probably actually closer to one and a half milligrams. Right for you. 语法解析
55:21
Okay. So yeah, you and I've discussed that. And so you're definitely quite flexible on that molybdenum level. And I think you had some theories about why it might vary so much. Do you want to share? 语法解析
55:42
And also, you don't really have as much of the baby faces as, like, I might have had three years ago, anyway. I never had signs of high estrogen, but I did have signs of high adrenaline. So I think I might have had copper in the brain, but not in the tissues, something like that. I think maybe you had a lot of, like, surface-level copper. Yeah. 语法解析
56:00
That, like, maybe was triggering, like, copper toxicity, but, like, deep at our cores, maybe your copper levels weren't nearly as high as someone like me, for example. Like, maybe my tissue copper was much higher than yours, and your blood copper was just much higher. I'm not, I mean, that would be, that would be a guess of mine. But again, this is all theory, so I really can't give you, like, a solid, yep, that's the reason. Sure. But I do know, sorry, yeah, sorry, to finalize that thought, by being lower copper, I think you don't need as much molybdenum. 语法解析
56:30
It's just the theory. Yeah, I mean, that makes sense. Yeah. And so, but I thought I would probably be higher copper because my whole life I was vegetarian. And so I would have had much less iron and zinc in my diet than the average person. It just may be that you didn't consume as much copper. Like you might have been more prone to copper being absorbed, but you may just not have consumed as much as someone maybe like America where diets are just horrendous. 语法解析
57:00
Yeah, it's definitely possible. But whatever. And also, I've done detoxification for many years. And although it wasn't effective with the lead, maybe it was effective with the copper over the years. I did see some of your old videos. You definitely had a little bit more of a roundish look to you than you do now. You've definitely leaned up in the face anyway from what I can see. Yeah, maybe. 语法解析
57:20
Maybe. And I remember in my early 30s when I was on a vegan diet, my copper was high in my hair. So maybe, again, it already excreted years ago. But maybe also because you didn't also have high iron, your body was able to get rid of copper quicker. Yes, that's very possible. I like that theory best. That does make more sense. All right. So that brings me to the general point then, because I've noticed some people, you know, skeptical in the forum, speculating, like… 语法解析
57:45
that this formula is most beneficial for people who do have high copper and it may be less relevant for people who don't. I don't agree with that, but I wanted to put that to you and see 语法解析
57:55
I would say it's not necessarily that the formula itself is less effective. It's that it just needs a different calibration. For example, for you, you need less molybdenum. That might be the case for a lot of people. I probably overestimated how much molybdenum a lot of people need because of how much I need and how much most of the people I've shown in person need. But they have all, aside from my girlfriend who lives in another country, 语法解析
58:19
All of them have experience, I mean, are from America, and so none of them have ever questioned me on the molybdenum piece. Now, my girlfriend is definitely high iron, or was high iron, and probably still is. Both of us are probably still high iron. We're still going on this. We're not done by any means. But… 语法解析
58:40
the copper was definitely a question for her as well. So I'm starting to think that it's an American thing, to be honest. Yeah, maybe. Um, but I don't think it's exclusively because I was going to say, so I had a, uh, 语法解析
58:53
I have a client, he's my favorite client for a while now, and he's based in Australia. And he did a very comprehensive nutritional panel, actually better than the one I have available over here. For some reason, the Australian nutritional panel seems to be second to none. Anyway, it showed he had very high levels of free copper. So that's the bad type, the type that is damaging your body. And it also showed that he was deficient in vitamin C, 语法解析
59:20
vitamin B5, vitamin B6 and vitamin B7, um, and molybdenum. And I was like, well, if there's any candidate for this formula where I feel pretty confident recommending it, um, it's going to be him because he's literally, you know, severely deficient in almost every element that it contains. Um, and he starts to take it. He's been taking it for a little while now. And he's had like literally zero negative side effects at all. Like, uh, 语法解析
59:46
of any type, not even just the overall is positive, which it has been, but he hasn't had one headache, one anxiety spike, like nothing. That's impressive. Because most people do need to calibrate just a little bit. When I posted this, I was very clear this is not a perfect ratio for everybody. I think these nutrients are all in the right area, in a level where calibration is doable. 语法解析
01:00:11
But it's certainly by no means a complete, like, take it and not worry about it. No, it's not that it's not there yet. For example, when I first posted this, I thought 200 milligrams of biotin was enough. We found out that that even that wasn't enough for the ratios that I posted. So we raised it to 300 to match what we had posted for B5. 语法解析
◉ 该配方的比例并非完美,需要根据个人情况进行调整。
01:00:34
And so this is still extremely experimental and you will have to calibrate if you try to take this because we're not all starting from the same point. That's the big difference there is we're not all starting from the same levels. But these are universal and to balance those levels, you just have to take the right ratios, which is going to have to be kind of on you to figure out a little bit using the forum as a guide. 语法解析
01:00:56
I was, that's what I was going to say. So he has had zero side effects, but I did not start him on your classic dosage. I started on your classic dose with way less EGCG. 语法解析
01:01:05
because he had really low ferritin, really high free copper, as I said, very deficient in all the other vitamins. So I'm like, just have the full formula, but with much less EGCG for now until he gets any negative symptom, then we'll reassess it. And as I said, it's been 100% successful. But again, you know, you don't want to be dogmatic. And if someone had test results that were the opposite, like 语法解析
01:01:28
you know, very low levels of free copper, very low levels of copper in general, and, you know, like ferritin of 400 or something, I would have done the opposite, right? I might have done extra EGCG and very low levels of molybdenum in comparison. It's also very important for people to know the dose that worked for you today may not be the dose that works for you tomorrow. And the reason for that is because you might have been correcting something that was low before and 语法解析
01:01:52
It's no longer low. Now something else might be low, so you might need to raise or lower or adjust just a little bit. And until these ratios get into that perfect level where everything's draining each other at the right level, which I'm not going to be able to figure out through trial and error myself because I'm just too deep into it. So people are going to have to figure it out on their own if they're going to try this. It's not like it's crazy out of whack. It's just… 语法解析
01:02:16
You might have to take a little more EGCG or a little less molybdenum as you figured out. It's really up to the person there. I do believe, like I said, the pieces are all there for you to do that. Well, let's talk about the experiment I did that was kind of not really a success, although it was a learning experience. So for the first month, I had this theory, okay, I'm going to be high copper because of my diet, low iron because of my diet. And my ferritin was nowhere near as low as the person I just mentioned, but it was low-ish. 语法解析
01:02:44
So I did really, and also I experienced a little bit of intestinal discomfort from the EGCG. So I'm like, I'm just going to do really low EGCG and do everything else. I think I actually did zero or like a half amount of EGCG. And I did that for three or four weeks without really having any kind of downside. Uh, but then eventually I did start to get down side and I told you about it. Um, and you said, yeah, uh, 语法解析
01:03:10
you really need to take EGCG. I think it was like allergy symptoms coming back. That's what it was. And I did, and it was like immediately better. And then from then on, I was like, oh, I really enjoy EGCG. I'm now a big fan of it. And I have like a maximum dose every time. And that was unfortunate. I did that urine test experience just before I had that breakthrough. And so when I got the urine test results back, it showed like almost no copper being excreted. 语法解析
01:03:36
And I was like, huh, this kind of seems to disprove your theory a little bit. And you said, and I think you're 100% right. You were like, okay, but you haven't taken any EGCG for like a month. So like your body didn't have any free copper to excrete. And I'm like, yeah, damn. Okay, that does make sense. So I'm going to have to do that test again now. Now I've done EGCG for a while too. I'm excited to see what I do. 语法解析
01:03:59
to actually validate that. But I'm now loving UCG and I have like a large dose on a regular basis. So I just want to give that story as an example, cautionary tale of deviating too far for too long, but also to address your point, what makes you feel good one day 语法解析
01:04:13
may be completely different the next day and you've got to be open to adjusting it as necessary, right? Yep. And now one thing I know for sure is that if you, of all the things, if you overdo it, EGCG probably would do more damage than most. Blue denim might be up there too, but taking too much EGCG when this is why I actually, I started this formula with a lower amount than I would have normally recommended because EGCG 语法解析
01:04:40
Those who are already low on iron, if you take EGCG, it will not only aggravate the issue, but you could really risk a kidney stone because that increased copper buildup that your body isn't ready for will start to leach calcium from my experience and you'll start to just develop these nasty stones. 语法解析
01:04:56
that are just horrific. That is probably, of all the pains that I don't ever want to experience again, kidney stones are one of them. That was the worst pain I had ever gone through in my whole life. I went through years of just constant stones forming and just wreaking havoc inside my body. So I'm very careful when I recommend CG. 语法解析
01:05:16
Yeah, so sorry, before you go on. So everyone listening, a lot of them are not doing blood tests like me. So how would they know if they had low iron? Well, first and foremost, EGCG should make you gag if you're already low iron. But we found that's not always the case with some people. And some people don't listen to their bodies at all and will just take stuff anyway. But if you're low iron… 语法解析
01:05:41
This can be tricky because if you're high iron and high copper, you might show symptoms of copper toxicity, but you might also need that EGCG to get rid of the iron so that copper can leave the body. But typically speaking, if you're low iron, you're going to be shaky. You're going to be really anxious. You might even be depressed. I've found that you often have deep gut pains. You're diarrhea usually. Soft stool for sure. 语法解析
01:06:11
generally just unenergetic. Um, man, is it, is it the classic anemia? So is it pale? Just like the classic anemia symptoms for sure. You just don't feel good. It just, you feel really cold. Um, I've never really experienced like anything other than just pure dismay when I'm really, really low iron. Um, 语法解析
01:06:39
And on the contrary, like you feel mentally confused. Oh, sorry. Uh, that's not the word I was looking for. I was looking for a pure, just, just pure depression. Um, yeah. But you also said anxiety, so anxiety, depression as stimulated in the wrong ways that you could possibly be. Um, like you've had way too much caffeine, but none of the, 语法解析
01:07:07
none of the positive energy aspect of it so like mentally stimulated but physically sedated something yeah yeah yeah i mean and and i don't know if that's the case for people who have low copper and low iron because generally when i have low iron i have high copper so it's hard for me to 语法解析
01:07:26
say that for people who might be experiencing low iron symptoms without that copper element. I was thinking that like the anxiety part, I would relate more to copper and then the depression or low energy, I'd relate more to low iron. So yeah, that makes sense. And depression 语法解析
01:07:41
Like, iron and zinc kind of can act in the same way as, like, that filler for that depression aspect. So, like, if you're low zinc… If you're low iron, zinc can actually act, for me anyway, as that replacement to get my emotions back in state, which is why I suspect they share that storage site. I think they both act in a similar way in terms of the electrical signals in the body. I think zinc is a neutral element, but I can't remember for sure. Yeah. 语法解析
01:08:08
Anyway, let's bring up another one. So we talk about low iron. So, of course, if someone's low iron, the normal recommendation is take iron, right? Or like eat a more high iron diet. But some people don't want to. I'm pretty sure I heard you say that you never recommend that. Can you say why? Because the rest of the formula without EGCG will cause iron to surface that normally wouldn't have surfaced before. 语法解析
01:08:30
This has been the case in every participant that's ever tried this, is when they take this and they don't take enough EGCG, they are always experiencing things like the hot hands, or in very rare cases, people who can't excrete copper without that iron being left will experience really cold body symptoms without EGCG. 语法解析
01:08:50
without there being the anxiety element of it, it's much more of like a, I'm just like a physical cold feeling, but like bloated at the same time. That's that excess copper and iron buildup is you have kind of symptoms of both. So it's really hard to troubleshoot when you have both like that. Um, yeah. Sorry. I've, I traded a thought there. What was the, what was the question? Well, yeah. So the original question is, uh, 语法解析
01:09:16
Well, to an extent, it's a copper as well. So if someone has low copper symptoms, should they ever take copper? If someone has low iron symptoms, should they ever take iron? Oh, so no. I don't recommend they do that because I think that everyone has far too much copper and iron in their bodies as it is. Copper is maybe one of the ones where it's like maybe you could take a little bit and be okay because of the balancing molybdenum in this formula. Yeah. 语法解析
01:09:41
But I would never suggest anybody take iron this day and age, not with how readily available it's been in our foods for so long and how little we're bleeding. Unless you're like a woman who's gotten no meat in her diet forever and your fingernails are spooning and you have no… 语法解析
01:10:01
your skin's entirely pale, yeah, I might suggest a little iron. But it's so rare to me that I've ever seen something like that, that this wasn't alleviated by this formula without the EGCG portion of it. Because like I said, it's… Yeah, sorry, go ahead. Sorry. So in that case, you'd recommend doing what I did. So taking the full formula with very little or no EGCG until you start getting signs of high iron. And then once you got those signs, you introduced the EGCG back in and you started feeling better. Absolutely. Yep. 语法解析
01:10:30
Okay, that's very interesting. So should we go to the update? So you know, we've already shared a bit of the update about like your ideas of how this works. Do you want to share any more on that? Or do you want to go more to the update of the formula itself? 语法解析
01:10:45
Well, so like I said, this whole thing, I think we've gone into the updates of how it pulls copper and iron and maybe other metals as well to the liver to be queued up. The EGCG gets rid of the iron and maybe other metals as well. That allows the Q to move forward and vitamin C and zinc work to push copper out of the system. And then molybdenum finally relieves the kidneys to produce that uric acid and bind to the copper and leave. Doing this also, like we said, increases zinc storages to rise is the theory. And by doing that… 语法解析
01:11:14
by zinc rising, we also found in the form some research to say that there's these things like called, I think they call it like zinc fingers that actually reach through the body and start pulling things that don't belong and get allowing your body to deplete toxicity much easier because it's, it's a zinc that is actually a big part of what's doing that. And I think just, we've been so suppressed of that zinc for so long that our bodies are just getting sicker quicker and 语法解析
01:11:40
Anyway, so the theory of finalization aspect of this is that that increased zinc causes your DNA to overall heal. And theoretically, and this is just theory, but keep you from aging too quickly. Maybe even stop it entirely if you go hard enough, but I can't prove that other than my own theory. But I'm 34 almost, and I don't know, I feel like I don't look… 语法解析
01:12:05
a day over that. So we'll see how it goes. Yeah, that's good. I mean, I think, you know, the older you get, the more these things are kind of proof. But, you know, you always got to compare people to their starting place. It's like people say, oh, I don't want to take weight loss advice from that person. They're like 250 pounds. It's like, yeah, okay. But they used to be 450 pounds. You're still going to take into account how much better they were than before, right? Rather than some kind of absolute value. 语法解析
01:12:31
All right. Well, let's go to the because it's funny. You sent me a message about this not long ago about a change in the formula. And I was like, actually, funnily enough, I'd kind of already been doing this. So to me, that was good confirmation because I just kind of do things. So so what's the new recommendation? What's the update? And then let's talk about why. Well, so now that we've gone over the theory, I originally posted this formula with a certain level of B vitamins and vitamin C. 语法解析
◉ 由于人们对B族维生素和维生素C的需求量可能被低估了,因此我将这些成分的剂量降低了一半。
01:12:59
And I did that at a higher level because I felt like the water-soluble aspect of them would make it so that the body would stop trying to use them if it didn't need them. Problem is, I may have underestimated how much the body felt like it needed them. 语法解析
01:13:15
And so it's using pretty much all of those nutrient combos to cue up the liver a little too strongly for the levels of EGCG, zinc, and molybdenum that I'm recommending. So you're kind of pulling too much too quickly and not depleting it fast enough for the body to keep up. And so a lot of people were developing this right side pain, and I suspect that's the liver pain of that cue building up, which we've found that it's relieved by taking more EGCG, zinc, and molybdenum. 语法解析
01:13:40
So rather than raise the zinc and molybdenum EGCG to crazy amounts because that would scare people, I am lowering the V vitamins in half as well as the C. So we've dropped the B6, for example, from 100 milligrams to 50. We've dropped the B5 from 300 to 150 or 200. And again, that one's fairly safe to do a little extra. So if you can't go lower than like 250, I'm not going to, I mean, that's probably fine. 语法解析
01:14:04
Biotin's another one we dropped to 150 to 200 with that again, that 50 milligrams of B6. Now I don't know if that's the best solution or if we need to go a little higher than that. 语法解析
01:14:15
But it seems that the levels we were at were just causing too many people to have to calibrate with too much extra EGCG, zinc, and molybdenum, which once people figure out how to do that, it's fine. And you actually go faster by doing it that way. But a lot of people just aren't ready to do that, especially when they're already sick. And I'm not going to make people, as we've been talking about, I'm not making anybody do anything. 语法解析
01:14:36
But I'm certainly not going to ask you to take such high doses of everything when you're already feeling like you're going to die. That's not what I'm trying to do here. I'm not trying to scare you more. I'm trying to help you. So we lowered the vitamins down in half and kept the minerals roughly the same to see if that… 语法解析
01:14:53
It solves the issue, and it seems a lot of people have had success with that, though there are some daredevils on the forum like myself who aren't patient and want to do the full dosage and maybe even triple the dosage with me. And they're free to do that. And by the way, they've had great success. Most people who try that have been having really good success with that, but again, I'm not going to recommend people do that right off the bat. 语法解析
01:15:12
Those are the daredevil researchers. And so do you want to just fill it out? Because you said three of them. So you said 50, B6, 200-ish, B5, 200-ish, B7. What about the others? Vitamin C, you take like around, I mean, this one's difficult because, again, it depends on that starting balance. Some people might need more, some people might need a little less, but it's somewhere around three grams in that dosage. 语法解析
01:15:37
You might have to take a little more or a little less depending on how your tongue receives it because this is a very easy one to do the taste test with. If you need it, it'll go down very easy. If you don't, it'll make you gag. So if it makes you gag, first of all, take it last of the formula. Take everything else first and then take like two grams of it. But otherwise, take three with everything and that should be the right amount around that. And if you're low, you'll start to experience kind of… 语法解析
01:16:05
Emotional-wise, if you're low on C, you'll start to get a little aggravated easier, kind of like low molybdenum where you'll feel just a little bit crankier. Your energy levels will suffer a little bit. Your hair will feel very dry. Your skin will feel very pale and your lips will be pale. If it gets bad enough, your gums will start bleeding and you might get some yellowing in your eyes, which is all cleared as soon as you get extra C, but just be mindful of those symptoms on the forum for low C. 语法解析
01:16:32
And what about if you're using too much vitamin C? Is it, you know… Acidic diarrhea. It's pretty, it's pretty painful. It's not painful like kidney stone painful. It's just annoying. And you can fix that with extra zinc and all that, but it's just, I don't recommend too much C because it is very acidic on the body and the stomach and you'll, you'll get symptoms of just like too much. And if you're, 语法解析
01:16:57
If your copper is chelated in the body, if you have chelated copper that's not yet excreted, that vitamin C, I believe, will force that through too quickly and you'll start getting iron overload symptoms too quickly. So I usually tell people to be safe with the C there. 语法解析
01:17:12
It's yeah. One for me is a sour taste in your mouth. Like just as a background taste, I find that as a sign of excess C actually thinking about it, I've used high doses of C for 15 years off and on. So that could be another reason I've depleted my copper over the years. Um, yeah. Okay. So that's interesting. Um, and then, so we talked, all right, so you've just told us that one now, what about the last ones? So how much zinc with that? Uh, zinc we're keeping at about a hundred, 120 milligrams. Um, 语法解析
01:17:41
between that area and then molybdenum. This one I actually haven't had a chance to really post on the forum yet, but I mean, based on our discussion today, based on what I'm hearing from multiple people, it depends on how much copper you have deep down in your tissues. If you have lower copper levels, you probably only need maybe anywhere from, on this ratio, 1.5 to 2. If you have higher copper levels, I would raise that from 2.5 to 3. 语法解析
01:18:08
milligrams of molybdenum and and this one you just kind of have to play out by ear i see how your body takes it what do you think about doing the home test of uric acid just to see what your test if you if you want to do that test after you do a dose and just do one dose and then give it a you know a few hours do your test and see is my uric acid high or is it a low i think that's actually a fantastic test for how much molybdenum you need 语法解析
01:18:33
And it's very cheap, very cheap test, I just want to say. It's not like literally I get a thing, $20, you get the machine and 50 tests with it, and you can get another $10 for another 50 tests. This is not an expensive test. 语法解析
01:18:45
And then you have EGCG, which is also tricky. It could be anywhere. If you're starting from a low iron balance, you might not need much at all, maybe up to 400 milligrams. If you're starting from a high iron balance, you might need up to 1,200 to 1,500 milligrams. I usually keep the dosage at around 1,000 to 1,200 for the standard dose. But again, you'll have to play with it a little bit. 语法解析
01:19:08
And all the calibration symptoms are on that front page of the forum if you are taking this and want to figure out how to decide if you have too much EGCG or not enough. But I can tell you the number one symptom usually from too much EGCG, stomach pains and diarrhea. That's first and foremost. But that can also be not enough EGCG. It depends on what you've just taken. So it's really… 语法解析
01:19:32
you kind of just have to play with it headaches if you if you need more egcg it's all there's almost always a headache associated with it that's a great one 语法解析
01:19:39
And that's what I started getting, because I almost never get headaches. Like, I've hardly had any in my life. I've had other issues, but not that. And I actually started to get headaches. Not to be confused with migraines. If it's a pain behind the eye that's not low EGCG, that's high. Like, you need to stop EGCG and take a dose without EGCG, because that means your copper levels are probably way too high. Your free copper is way too high if you've got migraines. 语法解析
01:20:02
Whereas the headache I'm referring to, when you have too much iron, it's like up here. It feels like it's compressing in your skull a little bit. Like your brain feels like it's got a weight on it. And so when you start… That's kind of why it has, yeah. I've never had either migraines or headaches. So I started getting headaches. I've had migraines before and they're not fun. It usually almost came with like tooth crumbling pain. Like, like, like… 语法解析
01:20:25
what's the procedure to do a crown removal or whatever. Anyway, root canal. I had to get two root canals from being too copper toxic because my teeth were crumbling and the roots were getting affected by it. And that's why I say I feel like as a sufficient, it leaches calcium from your bones, starting with your teeth because your teeth are probably the least essential bone to survive out of all your bones. 语法解析
01:20:53
See, the copper leaches calcium. That's my theory. I don't know that for sure, but I would say based on being high copper level when I was for so long, especially when I needed B6, I would feel severe cavity forming. In an ideal world, you'd meet all of your nutritional needs in the form of vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, and more from the foods you eat. 语法解析
01:21:13
However, unless you prepare all of your food at home from scratch using the highest quality ingredients possible, the reality is that most of us need some nutritional support. Most of us need to take supplements if we want to look, feel, and perform at our best on a consistent daily basis. And this is especially true if you have genes that give you an elevated need of certain nutrients. And this is where Feel Younger can help. 语法解析

01:22:10
It makes sense to me on a few levels. I mean, one of them, if you're in an adrenalized state, copper is very calming. It's the most calming of all the minerals. There's something called- You mean calcium or copper? Sorry, sorry. Calcium is very calming. Yes. I was thinking, I can't remember the name of it. Calcitonin? 语法解析
01:22:26
There's a specific thing in the bones which starts with cowl, which actually is in control of the adrenal system that relates to calcium. So there's definitely a connection between calcium and adrenaline. I wish I could remember the name of it off the top of my head. But anyway, so yeah, I can see that possibility that your body would pull the calcium out of your bones in response to the adrenaline, which comes from the copper. So definitely on that level it works. 语法解析
01:22:50
uh yeah so i was saying i got headache for the first time in ages and it was after doing the protocol for weeks and weeks without any egcg so i actually managed to have that symptom we found bottom we found yeah 语法解析
01:23:07
eventually. Uh, and I think I have been warmer. That's the other thing I've definitely noticed the last few weeks. I've always skewed cold. You know, I've done an episode on it where I acknowledge that, that, you know, I used to get really, really cold. Like it wouldn't take much stress. And I would just like literally be like trembling and there'd be like, like what's wrong with you. Um, and I don't know if it was even an adrenaline response necessarily totally because, um, like, uh, my heart rate wasn't high, but I was just really, really cold. And 语法解析
01:23:34
And so, yeah, I've definitely felt a lot warmer since doing that protocol, as you just said, up to the point where the iron got revealed. So that has been very, very interesting, even though the iron never showed as being particularly low in blood tests. So I guess that confirms your idea that blood tests are not always accurate or helpful either, because my blood test said that my iron was just fine. 语法解析
01:23:56
And that's what my doctors have always shown me as well, is that my iron was always fine. I never had any mineral toxicities or deficiencies. Even after taking zinc for as long as I did, they'd actually never said I was zinc toxic at all, which is interesting to me. Who's they? I mean, hardly anyone's ever testing zinc, are they? They test iron. I went to a naturopath and did this white blood cell test that they did or whatever, like this mineral balancing thing. This was so long ago. This was when they also tested my testosterone and estradiol. 语法解析
01:24:25
So they did that white blood cell test. It just, it revealed nothing for me. It actually said my calcium levels were really high and I hadn't been taking calcium. So I wonder if high copper individuals or high iron individuals displace a lot of calcium from their bones into their tissues is my guess because the bone health just can't operate properly. I don't know. 语法解析
01:24:47
When you say white blood cells, so they were testing the nutritional levels of white blood cells? I don't know exactly what it was. I was like, this is 15 years ago. This is like one of the only tests I've ever done with a naturopath. I don't remember if it was like a white blood cell test or something. They took my blood and they gave me some sort of analysis on what mineral balances I had. I don't know exactly the… It might be red blood cell. They do red blood cell minerals. So yeah, that's probably it then. It is more reliable than just… 语法解析
01:25:13
I just remember the distinct phrase white blood cell something, so they might have been checking my white blood cell health at the time. I don't really remember. Okay. Well, anyway. So, all right. So that's the recommendation. Now, did you tell me that's only for people who've been on it for a while? Is that the new recommendation even for new people? It's probably the recommendation for new people as well. But if you… 语法解析
◉ 对于已经服用该配方一段时间的人来说,新的建议是将B族维生素和维生素C的剂量减半。
01:25:38
If you try that and you feel like it just doesn't do anything, then I would go and try the full protocol at double the dose of everything, including the vitamins, EGCG, zinc, and molybdenum. Okay, so you really have shifted that ratio then. Because what I've liked to do, I've been doing like half of the vitamins, so 50 B6, 200 B7, et cetera. But then I'm doing like 80 milligrams of zinc, 800-ish EGCG, 语法解析
01:26:07
And like we talked about in Libra, one and a half, two, something like that. No, no, sorry. With that, it's closer to one and a half. And that was based on because you said, I think somewhere, that like out of the original protocol you gave, you were having twice as much of the vitamins, but three times as much of the minerals. And so I was like, well, if he's doing… 语法解析
01:26:28
you know, what, like a ratio of two to three, why don't I just do the same? So I, so that's why I was like, I'm going to do half of that, but then three quarters of that. And I've been really happy with that. And yeah, as if I were bolder, I would do, you know, twice as much as what I'm doing, but I really liked that balance. The reason I picked the nutrient balances that I did was because B5 is incredibly hard to find in dosages other than 500 and 250. Um, so I, I picked something that would work with 250 milligrams of B5. I thought, um, 语法解析
01:26:58
But at this point, it's just, you know, you can buy most dosages or if you need to do it, you can buy powders and make your own dosages. So I start to open it up, just open up and tip it out. It's fine. And you can look at it. Yeah, I stopped trying to fit the needs. I stopped letting B5 dictate everything and just brought down the ratios of all the bees. So that seems to be working for a lot of people. 语法解析
01:27:21
Because I think that's the one you can be most liberal with, B5, right? Like if you accidentally have twice as much, it's probably the least likely to be a good one. I would say biotin might win there, but… Oh, biotin. Yeah, true. Okay. However, both of those can deplete B6. So what I don't know for sure is if 50 milligrams of B6 is truly enough for the calibration aspect of this formula. Because when you take extra zinc, molybdenum, and EGCG, that's using up a lot of those B vitamins. 语法解析
01:27:49
And so that's why people who try to calibrate hours after doing this end up getting a little bit sick, is because their body no longer has the B6 in their system to handle that balancing of extra zinc and molybdenum in your intake. Because B6 is responsible a lot, I mean partially, for the absorption and utilization of minerals, at least from my experience, because every time I take zinc without B6 or molybdenum without B6 and EGCG, I start getting severe B6 deficiency symptoms. 语法解析
01:28:15
And those can include things like really dry eyes, cavities in your teeth, like your start to form really bad side cramps. Like you're, you can't even breathe very well when you're very low B6 and you certainly can't sleep. That's for, that's for sure. 语法解析
01:28:30
No, that's good. And what are the signs of too much B6? Well, you rapidly deplete your biotin and B5 and your vitamin C. So if you take too much B6, which your body probably wants it because your body is actually craving that B6. The problem is, is it needs everything else to intake it. And so your body might not reject B6 immediately, even though it doesn't necessarily want to or can't necessarily handle it immediately because I think we're all so B6 deficient. 语法解析
01:28:58
and i also think this is why people get the um neuropathy neuropathy sorry the neuropathy is because your body really wants that b6 so it's going to use it even though it shouldn't and so it's going to deplete your biotin and b5 like that because it wants that b6 and so those metals that get queued up in the liver those metals don't want to be in the body like like that's a good thing that they're getting they're getting pulled out of the tissues the problem is you also need everything else or 语法解析
01:29:29
You're just moving one problem from one area in the body to another. And the liver is more robust to deal with these things, you know, than the brain say, but it is less robust than the fat tissues. So if you're pulling out of your fat tissues or out of your bones or something, it's actually more problematic being the liver and you feel worse. 语法解析
01:29:48
And that's what a lot of people, if they do this even slightly wrong, they can think that this formula isn't working when really they just need to balance it just a little bit in most cases. I think I've only ever had one person so far on the forum that who, when working with them, I just flat out couldn't help and we tried everything. Maybe two people at best, but I question one out of the two on whether or not they were actually doing what they were supposed to be doing because a lot of people make the mistake with biotin that they get that 1% powder instead of the pure powder. 语法解析
01:30:17
and that can cause all sorts of issues. And the other issue is a lot of people get EGCG that's not actually standardized to EGCG, and it may say that it is, 语法解析
01:30:28
But certain brands don't seem to work nearly as well as others. That's just why I kind of only stick with recommending the life extension brand because I know that one works. But there are brands that don't work nearly as well. And you might have to take like four or five times the amount of EGCG that other brands will make you take. Fair enough. So be aware of that as well. They're absolutely different brands. 语法解析
01:30:51
It should all be exactly what it says on the label, but it often isn't. Do you want to shout out actually brands that you personally use? You're welcome to do so. I know none of them are mine, so this is not me promoting mine. I don't think I sell any of this stuff, actually, to be honest. 语法解析
01:31:06
But yeah, just share what works for you. I'm not married to any of the brands on B6, on any of the vitamins. It just needs, on the vitamins specifically, I just need to make sure that it is just the vitamin, the pyridoxine hydrochloride, the panthenic acid or the biotin. With biotin, I do buy the pure powder because it's just, you just have to. Like there's no, there's no cost effective way to buy this other than the pure powder because you're going to go through so much of it. 语法解析
01:31:33
And so I buy anywhere I can buy on pure bulk. I just, honestly, I buy on Amazon, whatever's the pure, pure, cheapest, pure powder I can find is. Um, and that has switched from the, the bulk nutrition brand, I believe bulk, bulk supplements, nutrition, um, or, or pure bulk. I got to go through either one of those. Although I don't know if pure bulk is on Amazon. Um, 语法解析
01:31:58
uh and then for molybdenum i go with the piping rock because that's just the best deal i've come across they have 200 micro or 500 microgram caps 200 caps and i believe that's meliden chelate but i uh not molybdenum amino amino acid chelate i believe is the form that that comes in works just fine for me and then zinc i buy the zinc uh gluconate really cheap stuff 语法解析
01:32:24
We actually found out on this forum that zinc picolinate doesn't seem to work very well for some people. So we're recommending against zinc picolinate just based on the feedback we've gotten. But I can't confirm that for sure because I've never actually used it with this formula. So again, I don't have a particular brand I'm married to on any of those so long as they are that ingredient. EGCG, again, I stick to the Life Extension to recommend, though I actually use a much stronger form of it because I do such higher doses. I found a stronger form on… 语法解析
01:32:55
I can't honestly remember the name because it's some German name. But that one works for me. But I know I've taken Life Extension before with this. And since I know I've tried that and it works, I usually go with that one because it's a lower dosage per capsule. And so I just don't want to scare people. And then let's see. I think that's it. Yep. Molybdenum, zinc, AGCG, biotin, B5. Again, B5. I just need panthenic acid. It doesn't matter the brand. Yeah. Yeah. 语法解析
01:33:23
Vitamin C, very, very important not to have rutin in it because rutin is a chelator and I know certain brands do put in the bioflavonoids in the rutin and I just think that does a little too much of the copper chelation element that you don't necessarily want without the EGCG portion driving the process. 语法解析
01:33:45
So your issue of it is just you feel it's uncontrollable? Well, I think vitamin C shouldn't chelate copper out first until iron is removed. But if it includes copper chelators like rutin, it'll remove that copper anyway, even if you do have iron blocking the process, is what I've found. You know, something I've taken… 语法解析
01:34:07
Something I've taken very high doses of for a long time as well, citrus bioflavonoids. I always felt that they helped my digestion. So I guess, again, it's copper chelating without even trying. I don't know if the bioflavonoids are nearly as strong as that rutin. I'm very particular on the rutin because it really screwed my body up. But N-acetylcysteine is another one that I used to take it. I don't recommend because it chelated too much copper out without the iron balancing aspect of that. 语法解析
01:34:32
uh i'm trying to think if there's any other key letters i've taken alpha lipoic acid what i've noticed about alpha lipoic acid is it really it it seems to not surface like copper that's over overwhelmed by iron so that iron copper balance if your iron's higher alpha lipoic acid doesn't seem to aggravate that as much 语法解析
01:34:53
Whereas if you're like this and your copper is really high, alpha-poic acid will really kind of stimulate all that copper that's not blocked by that iron, that bioavailable free copper. It'll really aggravate and stimulate it and cause a huge drainage of your B vitamins when you try to take it. So I tend to avoid alpha-poic acid and just stick with straight C. But I'm not necessarily saying that you should avoid it entirely. It might actually help the process. I don't know. I just personally avoid it. 语法解析
01:35:23
And I know you get asked all the time, should I add this? Can I add this? Right. B1, B3. I don't recommend you add anything in terms of antioxidants because you could be doubling up there and that would obviously screw it up. I don't recommend most other minerals just because I don't think they're needed. 语法解析
01:35:43
Some people want to add Selenium. I don't necessarily have a huge problem with that, but I've just, with Selenium and some other things, I've taken them before and I just saw no benefit. So I just don't want to say that it won't affect this in a different way. So I'm not necessarily going to ever recommend anything to add to this. If there were something to add that I would recommend, maybe B3 Niacin, maybe B12, but not a lot. I don't think it's required. 语法解析
01:36:12
But magnesium, that's probably the most popular mineral supplement. Oh, I know it's the most popular mineral supplement and has a multitude of benefits for people. So I think magnesium, along with many of the other B vitamins and many other nutrients, I think that their body is not necessarily nearly as magnesium deficient as the media and the mainstream has led us to believe. I think we've just been so iron toxic that we can't utilize any electrolytes properly because iron dehydrates you. 语法解析
01:36:37
And so if you're too iron toxic, your magnesium, potassium, all of that's going to suffer. And you're actually going to have to retain more salt in order to just retain any water at all. Because, and I think that's why people get very flabby when they're low zinc, high iron and high copper is because your body's trying to compensate with the lack of ability to store potassium by retaining extra sodium chloride so that your body can retain some level of water inside. Because without that potassium, your tissues are very dehydrated. 语法解析
01:37:07
Okay. I mean, a lot of people feel benefits like they feel it relaxes them. Maybe muscle cramps go away. I think magnesium is great. I just, I think that this formula allows you to absorb much more of it from your food than we realize. So, I mean, I'm not necessarily saying don't take magnesium. I'm saying it might not be necessary. You might try it and you might realize when taking this formula that supplementing magnesium suddenly gives you diarrhea. And that's probably because your body didn't need it anymore. But that's, that's just a, it's just a guess. 语法解析
01:37:36
Yeah. And I noticed actually, yeah. So you say too much iron constipation and too little is diarrhea, right? So yeah. So you're saying if the iron is optimized, then you have optimal bowel movements and then magnesium is just a disruptor. It's just going to cause diarrhea. Now you can give yourself diarrhea with too much iron. If you try to take vitamin C because that vitamin C is immediately going to be aggravating the stomach and it might cause frothy, like dark diarrhea, whereas being low iodine, 语法解析
01:38:03
Iron causes more of like a watery diarrhea. It's really weird. And so I must… 语法解析
01:38:11
I think I've come across a lot of people who have constipation but who are highly adrenalized. So they kind of have more high copper symptoms in general, but they're also constipated. High copper can also constipate you, and that's because of the lack of B6, lack of B vitamins in general usage, because copper is constantly causing those B vitamins to get on a drip drain. They're constantly being drained by the stimulated adrenal system. So I imagine that can cause digestive issues as well, especially with the lack of zinc there too. 语法解析
01:38:36
And so, yeah, you could give yourself diarrhea that way just by being high copper stimulated, not necessarily having any problem with your iron. Okay. Yeah, that makes sense. And again, from my anecdotal experience, I've seen pretty much every stressed person has very depleted B vitamins in their test results. So I always say that. So yeah, that makes sense. 语法解析
01:38:56
Awesome. Well, this has been great. I didn't have a huge amount of questions prepared, but I've actually asked all the ones I wanted to amongst that. Have we covered everything that you wanted to cover? Is there anything you want to add? Again, as we mentioned in the beginning of the video, I know there are a lot of critics out there that are going to say, oh, you don't have any tests, you're hurting people. Nobody that's coming to me is coming. They're all coming of their own accord. They've all decided themselves. I can't find an answer on mainstream media. Nothing's working for me. This seems like something to try. 语法解析
01:39:25
And if they don't like it, if something doesn't happen, they're free to stop at any time. They're not paying me to do this. I'm not taking any payments specifically for this reason. It's all experimental. I don't want to hurt someone and have taken their money and feel guilt for the rest of my life. You have to make the decision on your own that this is what you want to do. And you have to make sure that you follow the instructions that I give as close as you can. Otherwise, I can't help you is really what it is. I can't help you if you're going to deviate from the protocol. And… 语法解析
01:39:54
The only reason I'm able to give advice at all is because I've been doing this for 10, 15 years, nearly destroying myself and fixing all of that and taking excessive dosages of what I recommend. The only reason I recommend 100 milligrams of zinc is because I've taken upwards of a gram of it in a day. The only reason I recommend as much EGCG as I do is because I've gone through bottles of it in a week. I am not ever recommending something that would hurt myself ever other than 语法解析
01:40:23
you know smoking but you're not recommending that on the show what's interesting about that though is some people have noticed who do do nicotine on the forum they're expressing that they're able to handle much larger amounts of it and alcohol with like no side effects like this one guy i'm not going to name names but there's one guy on the forum he mentioned very specifically 语法解析
01:40:50
I used to be able to drink maybe a couple drinks and feel it in my gut and not feel great. Now I'm pile driving drinks and it's not affecting me in any negative way. So that's just another interesting effect that's come about this. I don't know if that means anything. I'm not saying that means you should go out and drink and smoke. I'm just saying there's a possibility that this formula might be helping prevent the damage that those things would normally do to me. That is my guess. 语法解析
01:41:14
Yeah, if true, what it means is your body's more efficiently detoxifying, right? Which would make sense, potentially. I mean, molybdenum is one obvious thing with the drinking because molybdenum helps your body process the aldehydes more quickly and it's really the aldehyde buildup that makes you feel rotten after drinking alcohol. Do you have your own pet theories about why people would feel better? I mean, I know that alcohol can deplete zinc and 语法解析
01:41:38
And so maybe there's something there with zinc causing the digestion of alcohol, the processing of it, maybe. Honestly, I mean, I feel like it's one of the lesser concerns of mine. As long as I feel better, I mean, I'm not really as concerned as the how it's doing most of these stuff, other than just a very high-level abstract understanding of it, because… 语法解析
01:42:00
Honestly, to me, it's kind of too much for my brain to handle right now because there's just so much of the human body that we don't know. And plus, it's really hard to confirm a lot of it when it's all kind of there's so much countering evidence to everything on the Internet. You really can't say for sure without opening up your own body and looking. I don't know. 语法解析
01:42:21
Well, let me finish off. I may, if I get test results in time, like film a little segment on my own and add it at the end where I share my test results. But let me just, I don't know if that's going to happen in the timeframe that I've available. Let me just share my, you know, conclusions so far. And obviously it's been less than three months. The first month I was kind of doing a massive, uh, 语法解析
01:42:43
deviation from your protocol as I acknowledged. So I'd say the benefits I've experienced so far that are most significant are number one, digestion. 语法解析
01:42:53
Digestion along with sinuses have always been my kind of Achilles heel. And I've talked about it, you know, I have a lot of pain and discomfort and stuff starting in 2019. This has got better and better. But still, you know, if I haven't slept enough, if I stress enough, whatever, that can start to show up for me. So that has been significantly better. Like my resilience before I have any digestive problem has been significant. 语法解析
01:43:20
My digestion was a lot better anyway, but, you know, I can eat like 4,000 calories a day now on average. Don't have, you know, it's fine, basically, like no issue. And I also don't put on weight, which is good. Energy is another one. I have, you know, a history of having low energy and 语法解析
01:43:38
And that has definitely got better. Actually, I didn't write this down, but I put along with that like signs of high dopamine. I'm going to be interested to see if that reflects in my next medical tests with lower prolactin because I tend to have high prolactin, which indicates low dopamine. 语法解析
01:43:52
Um, so an ability to like focus and get things done has been a bit higher. I wouldn't say massively, um, but a bit, but that actually varies. I'd say sometimes I'm actually a bit more cloudy and confused than usual. And I'll get to why I think that is in a minute. Um, and then the next one that's consistently been better is immunity. Um, I'm much less concerned if anyone around me is sick, it just doesn't, you know, I feel pretty confident that, um, 语法解析
01:44:21
I don't know why, but I just feel a lot more resilient and actually immune. Negative symptoms would be my sleep has been kind of intermittently worse. I have the aura ring that tracks it, so it's not subjective, and I can see the days that I take it. Definitely sometimes the sleep is worse. Although I will say… 语法解析
01:44:45
Even when I haven't slept as well, I have more energy than I would have done with that much sleep before. So depending on how you look at it. What you're saying isn't foreign to myself either. My sleep has definitely suffered a little bit, but I have more energy than I've ever had. And I suspect a lot of that is probably due to the caffeine levels in the EGCG. 语法解析
01:45:04
maybe it might be something other than that. I mean, you can't really truly get 100% decaf with any of this stuff, so it could just be that EGCG is just stimulating people a little too much. 语法解析
01:45:16
Maybe because I have zero caffeine. I quit drinking caffeine in 2008, like coffee, and I have zero of any stimulant, no coffee, no green tea, no nothing. Not to mention you're surging copper through your blood and that itself is a stimulant. So that's- Well, so that's, I was going to get to that. Yeah. And I was going to, and sometimes anxiety. I have had times where I feel more anxious. I've had times where I wake up feeling anxious, which I never get. But here's what I want to say. 语法解析
01:45:43
I really do believe this is a detoxification protocol and not that you are stimulated from taking high levels of something or, you know, because a lot of time people feel better when they take something that's bad for them. This is just reality. When they take something that's bad for them, something that they're intolerant to, something that's a mild poison, they feel better because the body goes into an adrenal response, right? 语法解析
01:46:05
in response to the poison and people enjoy that adrenalized feeling. The reason why I don't think this is that is because I have not done this every day and 语法解析
01:46:14
And during the times where I stop taking it for one, two, three days, usually I feel better than the days that I'm taking it. So to me, that's not drug like drug like is I feel good a few, you know, a few hours or whatever after taking it. And then I have a crash and I need to take it again to feel good. This is not that this is like I take it in some ways. I feel good. But honestly, in some ways I don't. I often don't sleep as well. Sometimes some anxiety comes up or some other symptom. 语法解析
01:46:41
But then, you know, the next day overall, I feel better. But especially then when I don't take it for a couple of days, I feel much better. In which case you might say, well, and why do you take it again if you feel better when you don't take it? It's because somehow, you know, my brain, my intuition, my something knows that 语法解析
01:46:57
The reason I feel better is because I have detoxified something. I've processed something during that time that I take it. And so, like, for instance, I often go get a lymphatic drainage massage. I will not take it on that day because my body's already had all these toxins moved in a manual process. I'm not going to try and add more toxicity to that. So I'll skip it that day, maybe the day after. 语法解析
01:47:19
And I'll do it most other days. And so I'll just give that as an example of like, this is not how Jacob does it, how I'm saying it, obviously. But this is my feedback. Like you don't have to be gung-ho. You don't have to do massive doses. You don't have to do it every day. 语法解析
01:47:32
and you can still get some benefit from it would I get faster progress if I were doing high doses maybe but I don't care you know to me this is very manageable I can still work in fact I'm able to work better than before like it's not interfering with my life in any way it's beneficial I like to think of this like exercise you know you're you're when you're taking this formula that is the equivalent of like sprinting a mile and so it's not going to feel fantastic during but like 语法解析
01:48:01
After a few times, give it a week, take some rest, suddenly you realize, oh, I'm way stronger. I have way more energy. That's kind of the concept of this is you are causing temporary pain for long-term massive gain. And just the act of surging heavy metals in your blood is not always going to be a pleasant experience. Now, I have gotten these formulas down to where it's the least painful 语法解析
01:48:28
as negatively impactful as I can possibly make it. You know, I might not need as much of that biotin, but it's certainly helping alleviate a lot of the symptoms by taking as much as we are, as you've probably experienced yourself. So, you know, it's… 语法解析
01:48:44
weird yeah i want to address that i've done a bunch of detoxification protocols like for instance you know i was given dmsa last year for the leads dmsa is a classic lead chelator it's very effective based on clinical trials but it just made me feel too rotten you know for maybe the reasons that you were saying earlier in this interview so the other thing i like about this as a detoxification protocol is that i can do it as someone who has you know provably high levels of heavy metals it 语法解析
01:49:11
It helps. It's working because I can see those heavy metals going out of my urine, for instance, where they weren't before. But I can still function. I don't have to take a day off. I don't have to, you know, whatever. So I actually really like it as a, you know, despite the way people are characterizing it, you know, gentle. 语法解析
01:49:30
but effective detoxification protocols. That's my personal experience. Now, it would be wrong to say that there aren't anybody at all who have gotten bad effects from this formula, so I should be very clear. If you do it wrong… 语法解析
01:49:45
Or even if you do it exactly as I described, I can't guarantee you 100% that you will get that positive feeling. However, if you go into it with the mindset knowing that you probably will have to calibrate, it's a lot easier to play around with it and accept that you're like, okay, I might need a little more EGCG. But if you go in with the mentality thinking that this dosage either works or this whole formula is crap… 语法解析
01:50:07
You're probably going to fail. So you just have to be very, very mindful of your own body. Listen to the symptoms. Read the tracker. Read the symptom checker because it's there for a reason. You will have to calibrate if you try this. There's just no way around it. We're not there yet to the point where we can recommend this to everybody and never promise them it will work for everybody. But I can tell you… 语法解析
01:50:28
Out of maybe… I've had maybe a hundred people on this try this so far. I've had maybe three people tell me that it just flat out didn't work for them, and I still can't confirm if they did it right or not. So… 语法解析
01:50:40
But as you say, a lot of people who tried it, they were pretty sick. Well, I guess the point I'm making is if they were doing a protocol of DMSA or EDTA or alpha lipoic acid even, or any of these aggressive chelators, they probably would feel substantially worse. That's the point that I'm making. So compared to those other things, I think it's pretty gentle. Now, again, if you neglect any one of these nutrients, you will get what I would probably assume is a similar effect to those other things that people take. 语法解析
01:51:09
So, again, be very mindful of that. Fair enough. I know it's the hardest thing to get through to people. And, yeah, I've also spoken to a couple of people who are like, oh, I'll just do it without this then. And honestly, the people who've done that so far have been fine. And I'm like, OK, if you're fine, you're fine. But you were fine without the EGCG for like a month and then all of a sudden it just started piling up on it. So it could be that some people might not need, you know, molybdenum to start. 语法解析
01:51:36
And then later on they might need it. So we'll, we'll, you know, just like I said, always keep, keep an eye on those symptoms. And that's, I think what we want to leave people with, because I know people are rebellious and they want to do it their way. So if you're going to do it your way, totally fine. But just remember, if you start feeling bad, eventually consider the elements that you decided you didn't need and try them again. And maybe it'll work. Yeah. Stones are no fun. Um, 语法解析
01:52:02
Yeah, and I think most people, I don't know, kidney stones are probably not something that creeps up on you, right? That's probably because you were going through… You generally know they're coming if you have lower back pain. You'll feel pretty bad before they usually hit you. I mean, I've very rarely run into anybody that's ever had a kidney stone that didn't know it was coming a little bit beforehand. And if people… By the way, if you ever do feel like you're coming on a kidney stone on this formula… 语法解析
01:52:25
from my experience and everyone i've ever recommended this to simply doing the formula without egcg just once seems to correct the issue as long as you have the the high levels of biotin and the proper levels of molybdenum but it seems to be the kidney stones are caused by that excessive copper buildup in the kidneys that can't excrete and so you don't want to add more free copper to that by taking egcg yet 语法解析
01:52:47
until you've brought down those prior levels. And once you do that, most people express that the kidney stone is either broken up or gone. So I've never had one dose. No one yet has experienced a stone so far on this protocol that we know. Someone got close. In fact, the operator of that forum got close and he actually messaged me and he's like, hey, I'm kind of getting this lower back pain. I'm like, okay, just do the formula without EGCG. 语法解析
01:53:16
Three hours later, he's totally fine. So he actually said this is incredible. So awesome. All right. Anything you want to add before we finish? Nope. We're at time. Both of us are busy guys. 语法解析
01:53:30
Yeah, I thought that was fantastic. Well, thank you so much. I just want to reiterate, Jacob is doing this, you know, out of the goodness of his heart, literally. Not me, like I don't have another full-time job, so I have to sell stuff to be able to carry on doing this, but he's not. And so please, you know, give him the, what's the word, respect. 语法解析
01:53:54
Yeah. The benefit that I was going to say respect and kindness that he deserves as someone who's trying to help, even if you disagree with him. Um, and obviously if you had a bad experience and you want to say it didn't work for me and I don't recommend it, that's up to you, but please just, you know, with Jacob, give him the benefit of the doubt that he's trying and sharing his work for him. He's sharing his work for other people. Uh, it does work for a bunch of people. You know, I'm one of them. As I said, there's several other people I know who are doing it. Uh, 语法解析
01:54:23
I mentioned Dr. Miriam earlier. So, you know, and I understand, like… 语法解析
01:54:28
Nothing, I guess, is one of my tenets, which I don't think you agree with, Jacob, is that like nothing is universally applicable. There's nothing that's good for everyone. I suppose you kind of agree in terms of at least you believe, you know, everyone needs a different amount of these things. Right. So there's so many elements in this world. So I imagine that we probably all share at least some some level of similarity in what we need. Maybe not the exact ratios, but close enough to where I think we can work together to figure something out. 语法解析
01:54:54
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. Yeah. And so we all need zinc. You know, I agree with that one. That is universal. It's just the amount and what comes with it and all the rest of it. Yeah. Okay, so leave some comments, please. Jacob doesn't check them, but I do. If you want to communicate with Jacob, I think they're in the forums. All right. 语法解析
01:55:14
Yep. And just know, everybody, I posted this because I just didn't feel right about having this knowledge to myself. And so, like Elwynn said, this is something I'm doing purely because I feel it's the right thing to do, not because I'm trying to gain anything from it. And so just know that I approach it from that angle. Awesome. Well, thank you very much for sharing this. As I say, I think it's exciting. I don't know in five or ten years' time if I'll agree with it 100%, but I'll certainly be grateful 语法解析
01:55:44
for the elements of it that I keep, which, you know, I suspect might be a lot of it. Um, and I hope, I, I hope that in a year's time, I am transformed exactly as you said, uh, I may be. And, uh, well, uh, you know, as long as it keeps helping, I'll keep doing updates. If it stops helping, I'll do an update about that as well. Sometime, uh, 语法解析
01:56:06
And I'll post those test results. Maybe this episode you might have to wait. We'll see. But again, even no matter what my test results say, what matters is your test results. So, you know, I'm more of a fan of testing. I know with these metals, Jacob, that this kind of unreliable thing. 语法解析
01:56:22
But I think, you know, testing like kidney function, liver function, like anemia, all of those kind of things, just like a general test that people are healthy. Honestly, people are just so distrustful of what they see. So, I mean, if it puts people's minds at ease, then, yeah, I'll do it. But I can promise you I feel a hundred times better than I ever felt in my 20s. 语法解析
01:56:43
So, I mean, like, I can breathe great despite smoking a pack a day. I can sleep enough to where I feel refreshed in the morning. Like, I would sleep full eight hours and not feel refreshed in the morning before. Now I struggle to get six hours, but I wake up feeling fine and great. And I can do my days better than I've ever done before. So, I… 语法解析
01:57:03
Yes, tests are important, but I do think how you feel is the most important, first and foremost. A test can tell you you're just fine and you can feel like crap. And a test can probably tell you you're crap and you feel great. Well, I agree. Definitely the first one. A test can tell you you're just fine and you feel like crap. The second one… 语法解析
01:57:20
There are some cases, but there are people who are very oblivious to their body. I don't think that would be the case for you. If you genuinely feel great, I have a strong, you know, I would bet money easily like 10 to 1 odds that your test results also say that you're doing great. I would hope so. 语法解析
01:57:35
Yeah. All right. Awesome. Thanks, Jacob. I appreciate it. So leave comments. Please like, share, subscribe. We'll be putting clips out as well on Twitter and YouTube and stuff like that. Share that with people and see you again next time. 语法解析
